Apartment building with haushaut facade

The goal was to modernize the apartment building's facade without altering its distinct character. At the same time, the owners wanted a durable solution that would maintain a well-kept appearance over a large surface area while requiring minimal maintenance.

The house panel in Silver Pearls was chosen for the project. The horizontally installed aluminum panels give the facade a calm, timeless look, while the ventilated construction ensures that moisture is reliably wicked away—a real advantage for the long-term preservation of the building's value. Windows, balconies, and gable areas were harmoniously integrated into the facade design, creating a cohesive overall appearance.

Today, the apartment building looks bright, modern, and high-quality. Residents benefit from a low-maintenance, weather-resistant facade that continues to make a great impression years later—without the need for regular painting or costly upkeep.
